1 Scope of application
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all agreements concluded between the Pilates studio (hereinafter "studio") and the customer.
1.2 Deviating agreements must be made in writing and require the express consent of the studio.
2 Membership and termination
2.1 Membership of the Pilates studio is a 3-month commitment, after which it can be terminated or extended. There is no termination option during the term.
2.2 Membership (quarterly card) is personal and non-transferable. It may not be used by third parties.
2.3 In exceptional cases, the time limit for use can be extended if the user is absent for a longer period (more than 4 days) due to illness. (A medical certificate can be requested).
3. contract period for quarterly cards
3.1 Membership (quarterly pass) begins on the date of purchase and is concluded for the agreed term (3 months). The number of participation in various group sessions is limited to 10 x/month.
4. Courses
4.1 The studio offers Pilates classes and individual training sessions according to the current course schedule.
4.2 The studio reserves the right to change course times or cancel courses if this is necessary for operational reasons.
4.3 The member is not entitled to a specific course at a specific time.
5 Fees and terms of payment
5.1 The amount of the product prices is based on the studio's current price list.
5.2 The fees are to be paid in advance. A refund of the purchase price is not possible. A product may be passed on by the customer if the studio management has been informed of this and has accepted it.
5.3 In the event of late payment, the studio is entitled to charge a reminder fee or to terminate membership after prior notice.
6 Liability and insurance
6.1 The Studio is only liable for damages caused by grossly negligent or intentional breach of duty by the Studio, its legal representatives or vicarious agents.
6.2 The member is obliged to take out accident and liability insurance at his/her own expense to cover risks in connection with participation in training.
7 Data protection
7.1 The Studio collects, processes and uses the member's personal data in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations.
7.2 More detailed information on data protection is contained in the Studio's data protection declaration, which is provided to the member upon conclusion of the contract.
8. rules of conduct and house rules
8.1 The member / participant undertakes to observe the rules of conduct and house rules applicable in the studio.
8.2 The studio reserves the right to exclude the member from training and to terminate the contract without notice in the event of repeated breaches of the house rules.
9. final provisions
9.1 Amendments or additions to the contract must be made in writing. This also applies to the waiver of the written form requirement.
9.2 Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
